Untied double expansion joints (UD)

A double bellows assembly is formed by connecting two bellows with a lenght of centre pipe. This type of unit will cater for both axial and lateral movements. Althought a conventional axial bellows will offer a limited amount of lateral movement it is significant or there is a limitation to the amount of lateral forces which canbe applied to the connecting pipework. This type of unit is ideal for some exhaust applications or where there are combination movements in low pressure applications.
