Technical accessibility: Optimizing a website for the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, enabling keyboard navigation, ensuring appropriate color contrast and content readability, adjusting font size, and the ability to enlarge content up to 200% without losing functionality.
Content accessibility: Providing alternative text for all images and graphic elements, using clear and understandable language, structuring content using appropriate headings and tags, ensuring a logical reading order for content.
Navigational accessibility: Implementing a consistent navigation structure, providing site maps and breadcrumb navigation, marking required fields in forms, providing clear instructions for completing forms.
4. CURRENT STATUS OF COMPLIANCE
The company is continuously working to improve the accessibility of its digital platforms. Technical inspections and testing are conducted regularly with the aim of identifying and removing barriers to accessibility.

The Company undertakes to respond to the complaint within 30 days of receipt and to take the necessary measures to resolve the identified problems.
